Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus, im Stil alter Engadiner Häuser erbaut, am Ortsausgang von Pontresina in zentraler und ruhiger Lage mit hervorragender Infrastruktur.

Winter: Die Langlaufloipe verläuft hinter dem Haus und bietet Zugang zum umfangreichen ca. 200 km Langlaufnetz des Engadins.

Alpinskifahrer können die Skigebiete Diavolezza per Bus oder Bahn erreichen, sowie die Skigebiete Corviglia und Corvatsch mit dem Bus. Bushaltestelle ca. 5 Fußminuten entfernt. Zahlreiche Winterwanderwege nach Morteratsch, Rosegtal, St. Moritz, Celerina und Samedan. Eisklettern in der Schlucht in Pontresina.

Sommer: Zahlreiche Wander- und Fahrradwege direkt am Haus, Klettermöglichkeiten, Alpinsport, Surfen, Para-Gliding auf Muottas Muragl, Trottinett in Marguns, Golf.

Allgemeines: Bushaltestelle, Post, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Coop jeweils 10 Minuten. Bahnhof Surovas 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Bahnhof Pontresina 20 Minuten zu Fuß (alternativ mit Bus). Zahlreiche Restaurants auf der Flaniermeile Via Maistra. Bellavita Erlebnisbad und Spa Pontresina 10 Minuten.

Wir bieten die Wohnung an ab CHF 65 pro Tag in der Nebensaison (Preis für 2 Personen). In der Hauptsaison beträgt der Mietpreis ca. CHF 120 pro Tag. Bitte fragen Sie Ihren Wunschtermin an.

Im Mietpreis enthalten sind: Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Stellpatz, WLAN, Kurtaxen und Abgaben (pro Tag und Person CHF 4), Bettwäsche

Im Mietpreis nicht enthalten sind: Endreinigung CHF 65, optional Handtücher CHF 12.50 pro Person, Telefon nach Zählerstand.

The apartment is in a house built in the style of the old Engadine architecture, in central and quiet location with superior infrastructure.

Winter: Die cross-country skiing trail is behind the house and is connected to the 150 miles trail net of the Engadine. Downhill skiers can reach the ski areas Diavolezza via bus or train, and the ski areas Corviglia and Corvatsch by bus. Bus station is about 5 minutes by foot. Many winter hiking trails to Morteratsch, Roseg valley, Celerina and Samedan. Ice climbing in the gorge of Pontresina.

Summer: Many hiking and biking trails with direct access from the house, climbing, alpine sports, surfing, para-gliding on Muottas Muragl, golf.

General: Bus station, post office, bakery, grocery shopping Coop each within 10 minutes. Railway train station Surovas 5 minutes by foot, railway train station Pontresina 20 minutes by foot (or by bus) . Many restaurants on the stroll alley Via Maistra, Bellavita Spa 10 minutes.

The fee does not contain: final cleaning CHF 65, optionally towels CHF 12.50 per person, telephone.
